Who is Involved
Dr. Pushkar Khair,
MBBS ; DNB ( Gen Medicine)
Diploma in Neurolingustic Psychotherapy
After completing MBBS in 2002 and DNB ( Internal Medicine) in 2008,
Dr. Pushkar Khair had the opportunity to look closely at disease for several years from the perspective of Modern medicine. He also worked in Germany where he could experience the western approach in treating illness. One could not miss the fact that mind dynamics has such a huge impact on health. Not only are persistent conflicts in the mind responsible for many diseases, stress also impacts the healing of many curable diseases. In an attempt to serve the system which remains limitedly explored, Dr. Khair ventured in studying the physics of the mind. He is a certified practitioner in Neurolinguistic Programming and a Diploma holder in Neurolinguistic Psychotherapy under the affiliates of ANLP India. His main passion remains to help disease healing and prevention by training the mind to handle stress.
Dr. Ashvinee Khair
MBBS, DNB (Family Medicine)
Dr. Ashvinee completed her post-graduation in Family Medicine from Pune. She would take pleasure in monitoring some objective parameters of your wellbeing and would see if they correlate with your level of stress. She would be helping you to arrange your appointments for personalized therapy sessions and workshops.
Dr. Abhay Jamadagni
MD ( Ayurveda)
Dr. Abhay Jamadagni is a Consultant in Ayurvedic Medicine, practising in Aundh, Pune and has a good experience in this field. He has worked for over 4 years as an area manager and senior consultant at Madhavbaug Cardiac Clinics. Dr. Abhay provides us the stress management solutions from the perspective of the time tested Indian Medicine- Ayurveda. He completes our motive of providing a holistic approach to Stress handling.
What is our Process:
We follow a step ladder approach in happiness management. The learnings from each step would only empower you to be a master of your Stress.
Most of us at the level of Unconscious Incompetence before we decide to master our stress. At this stage we are not aware what we do not know about our capacities in this mastery process.
A. Stress Map Orientation:
The Learnings of our Orientation lectures take you to the level of conscious incompetence where you become aware of your own potentials that had remained hidden till date. We become aware of what we did not know. Orientation sessions can be conducted for a group of up to 25 to 30 participants and last for 150 minutes.
B. Workshops:
Our workshops can be taken by those who wish to go to the next level of Conscious Competence, after which you consciously learn to use your capacities in handling your day to day stressors. These workshops are activity packed, outcome focused and conducted for a limited number (up to 10) participants at a time. These workshops are conducted as a whole day program of 8 hours duration.
