High Blood Pressure: How to manage wisely
- BP monitoring. Know your blood pressure. Have it checked regularly by your doctor.
- Weight. Know and maintain your ideal weight.

- Exercise. Keep active. Follow your doctor’s advice about exercise.

Never increase, reduce or stop taking it without consulting your doctor. You need to continue with the same brand of BP med as the bioavailability is different with different brands
